Welcome!
My name is Lexa.
My Purpose:
I care deeply about supporting people with disabilities to live life in a way that feels right for them. With my own lived experience and connection to the neurodivergent community, I understand that support isn’t one-size-fits-all. My approach is calm, open-minded, and genuinely respectful of different communication styles, needs, and preferences. I’m here to walk alongside you - not to change you - and to help you feel more confident, informed, and in control when it comes to managing your NDIS supports.

My History:
I began working in the disability sector in 2013 as a Community Support Worker and transitioned into roles coordinating and managing NDIS plans and funding across a wide range of participant needs. Over the past 12 years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to support people meaningfully - from active listening and responsive communication to navigating the complexities of the NDIS system. Most importantly, I’ve learned that the experience of support should feel seamless, respectful, and empowering.

My Mission:
My personal and professional experiences have shaped the way I support others - with empathy, understanding, and a commitment to truly person-centered practice. I aim to support people of all ages, backgrounds and languages, to take control of their life and feel supported through coordinating, mentoring and/or recovery coaching.

My Personal Life:
I am a dedicated mum to a vibrant 4-year-old who is also on their own NDIS journey. I am married to a wonderful human who is neurodiverse and keeps me on my toes every day. We are a family who love animals, nature, travelling and books - Our house is full of books and our garden full of butterflies and native birds.
